Business Trading Hours and Information
Trading hours vary throughout the year depending on the season and weather. If you want to ensure we are open for an activity it is essential to make a booking.
Our busiest times are weekends and school holidays, we recommend you book in early to not miss out especially for the boats as they regularly book out. Usually for kayaks and SUP’s we will have availability on the day.
Our quieter times are May to August especially weekdays, excluding school holidays.
During these periods it’s recommended to make a booking, if it’s not busy we may close for a day or 2 or 3 but we will open if you’ve made a booking.
Bookings can be made online. If it doesn’t allow you to book online it could be that we are booked out for that particular boat or item or we are closed for the day due to weather or lack of bookings. We are a seasonal business so if it’s a weekday outside of school holidays we may not always be open, we suggest you make a booking, so we can arrange staff accordingly.
If you call us and there is no answer, please leave a voice message as we will receive that even if we’re not in the shop that day. Alternatively, the best option is to send us an email, info@lakemacwatersports.com.au Include your question or request and include your phone number and a preferred time for us to call you back.
We’re open all Easter, all long weekends, open for Xmas and New Year however we do close Xmas day.
